Terms of trading
By ordering goods on this site you understand that you are entering into an enforceable contract with e mccarthy and e mccarthy ABN: 81647400767 trading as C9m7.com.
All transactions conducted with C9M7.com will be subject to the following terms and conditions:-

Price

All prices quoted include GST (unless otherwise stated)

All prices shown are Australian Dollars (unless otherwise stated)

Any quotations we supply you, lapse after 30 days (unless otherwise stated).

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time prior to orders being placed.

Freight will be charged on all orders (unless otherwise stated).

C9M7.com is not responsible for any Import or Duty charges that may be charged in the receivers country, Import and duty charges may be incurred from the buyers country on the clearance of customs. Please check with your countries customs office for relevant charges.

Payment for all orders placed with C9M7.com will need to be received before C9M7.com will process the order.

Payment can be made by on-line payment, credit card, bank transfer (BACS) or PayPal, please note that (BACS) require 3-5 days to clear our bank and C9M7.com will not process your order until clearance is received from our bank. If you are paying by bank transfer (BACS) please use bank details on the checkout page

Orders placed by credit card over the telephone will require the following details to be given: card number, expiry date, start date, issue number (if applicable), three digit security number, house number and post code where the card is registered to.

Deliveries will only be made to the cardholders address unless agreed by C9M7.com.

We do not accept American Express credit cards although we do accept most other credit cards, C9M7.com will advise the customer if the card used is not acceptable.

Orders and Delivery

Orders may only be placed online at C9m7.com.

If ordering goods on behalf of a club you warrant that you are authorised to place orders on behalf of that club and will accept responsibility for payment for any product ordered.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any imagery supplied by you is correct and any custom designs that we generate on your behalf are approved for use.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any colours selected for team garments are correct.

We expect to deliver all custom made orders within five weeks from the placement of a confirmed order unless otherwise stated.

We will use all reasonable endeavours to notify you of any expected delays in the supply of your order and will offer you the chance at that time to cancel any order. You may not cancel if we receive your notice after the goods have been produced but where cancellation of the contract is allowed, you can have no further claim against us under that contract.

If you accept delivery of the goods after the estimated delivery time, it will be on the basis that you have no claim against us for delay (including indirect or consequential loss)

It is your responsibility to provide a delivery address that where delivery can be made by our authorised carrier, and accepted by a person authorised to sign and accept delivery on your behalf.

Government Tax agencies may impose import duty and tax on imports into their country, and whilst we endeavor to minimize any impact from this, the customer is liable for any taxes incurred. Please contact your local customs office for details of possible import tax implications.

Should it not be possible to make delivery to your premises on that occasion we reserve the right to levy an additional charge reflecting our costs.

You must inspect the goods on delivery. If any goods are damaged or not delivered, you must write to tell us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery time. You must give us (and any carrier) a fair chance to inspect the damaged goods.

C9M7 are unable to accept returns on any products that have been personalised which include printed and embroidered with the exception of a product being faulty or incorrectly shipped.

The return of goods is the customer’s sole responsibility and we encourage all customers to use an insured and tracked service to send items back such as Australia Post or Star Track.

Refund of shipping return cost is only applicable on faulty items and where agreed prior to the return of the item(s). Where C9M7 have asked for a product to be returned and it is then deemed to be faulty C9M7 shall cover the cost of the return postage up to a maximum of $10.00. If the return postage exceeds this price, please contact C9M7 directly before sending items back.

When requesting an exchange, customers are responsible for any costs related to the return of items, along with the subsequent delivery charge to have the replacement(s) dispatched. Customers are required to reorder the items they want exchanging via our website which will be treated as a new order and delivered accordingly.

C9M7 never recommend garment sizes to customers only advise, some manufacturer’s state suggested ages/sizes, but children of the same age are not necessarily the same size. As a result, we have sizing diagrams with every product gallery

We respect the privacy of all persons who visit our site.

We will not sell or trade your email address or personal information to any other company and all credit card payments accepted are processed through a secure gateway supplied by the Paypal.

C9M7 are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

C9M7 may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 1 January 2015

Demographic information such as postcode.

All images and designs displayed on www.c9m7.com and its subsequent pages, on any brochures or print media and on any designs received via digital copies are covered under the Australian Copyright Act of 1968.

All images and designs displayed on www.c9m7.com and its subsequent pages, on any brochures or print media and on any designs received via digital copies remain the sole property of C9M7 unless permission has been granted to display, use or replicate by C9M7.

Custom Designs received from C9M7 or any employees or sub contractors to C9M7 remain the intellectual property of C9M7 and cannot be used, displayed or replicated without purchasing said design or attaining permission to display or replicate said design.
